Mental health is a large piece of why I started creating art. For me personally it helps me cope with anxiety, and let go of the stress of working in a high paced interactive career. I think, rebooting our minds in a calm creative way is hugely underrated.

 

The mind is a beautiful, deep and fearful pool, getting to know it is one of the best things I’ve ever done.
